ERS SERVICE UPDATE
Due to the poor weather affecting the UK, we are experiencing higher than usual calls to our operations centre. Additionally, due to the red 'danger to life' weather warning announced in South Wales, we are operating with limited staffing levels at our Swansea contact centre to ensure the safety of our employees and their families.
All your calls are important to us, however during this time of adverse weather, our priority is to support brokers and their customers in emergency situations. To help, please only call with emergency issues and email us to resolve any non-urgent queries you may have.
