Earlier this week we implemented our Business Continuity Plan with the goal for all our 650 employees to work from home within a week. Our teams have made great progress and, at the close of business today, all our teams will be working from home.
Enabling all our employees to be available remotely is a huge step, but we’re not out of the woods yet. Our operations performance will depend on coronavirus enforced absence in the coming weeks. However, as of today, our operations teams are performing well and in line with what we expect as business as usual, even though circumstances certainly aren’t usual! In short – we’re open for business and operating as normal.
We will update this post periodically to reflect any new actions we need to take or if we see any material changes in our in our operations or third party partner performance.

- Please don’t chase for updates by phone – we’ll be in touch as soon as possible
- Only call with a maximum of three policies to discuss at a single time – this helps us answer more calls
- Use our claims portal to notify us of claims and to track progress
